Our two hour workshop is suitable for those new to yoga and for those who have been practicing it for many years. Please dress comfortably.  It is also recommended not to arrive with a full stomach.  During this time, we will be covering:

• Scientific research studies that prove how meditation can more than double one's chances of remaining sober and how it changes the brainwaves which in turn change the way your think.

• The importance of proper breathing for those recovering from addictions and those that have been affected by it.

• Exactly how to achieve meditation.

• Poses specific to depression, anxiety, ADHD, and compulsive thinking.

• The new names of our yoga poses that will now "make sense".

Drum Circle & Reiki Circle
Join us for our community drum and Reiki circles every 3rd Saturday of the month. 

Drum circles provide an opportunity to create music with others
using the most primal instrument - THE DRUM!
It's a high energy, spiritual experience that benefits all who participate.
Drums will be provided or you can bring your own!                      

Our reiki circle is a powerful expression of love, connectedness, and healing. 
Rei means 'Universal', and Ki means 'Energy'. 
Come and join us 3rd Sat. of every month following the drum circle.
